The primary purpose of the collection of personal information is for the maintenance of our membership list, and for facilitating distribution and communications to our members.

There will be no distribution in hard copy format unless individually authorised, and then, only in accordance with the law.

Members may make requests to inspect any personal information the social club may hold on them, by written request to the Membership Co-Ordinator, at the address shown below, or by email to the 25 Year Club via the Museum at: taamuseum@bigpond.com

We will take all reasonable steps to correct any information you find inaccurate.
